Bay Fishing has been one of the most popular programs that San
Mateo PAL offers. Our unique program wouldn’t be possible
without two outstanding Officers Paul Jung and Ralph Migita.
These adventurous trips show you many San Francisco
attractions Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and Angel Island
close!! Emeryville Sportfishing provides us with a 56 foot
charter boat named “New Huck Finn”. The “New Huck Finn” and
crew are there to help make your experience a wonderful one
that will last a lifetime. The charter captains specialize on
albacore tuna, halibut, ling cod, rock cod, salmon, shark,
striped bass and sturgeon. Some of the methods used are
trolling, light tackle mooching and of course live bait.
We will be leaving at 4:15 AM and
returning around 5:30 PM to the San Mateo Police

that is need and will also purchase fishing licensees for
those participants over the ages of 16.
